I was charged for a broken van which I immediately returned. I had no use for the van and I was charged for it! I had to rent another truck. With the delay I missed my drop off deadline and had to wait the weekend in sf. Cost me $100 in time and mileage which U-Haul charged me for. And hundreds of dollars for a hotel. Not very happy right now. How do you charge for a defective van?!?! Will be disputing with Amex for sure. Both rentals.

I have rented here three times. Every time, the truck was ready to go, I was offered hand-truck and moving blankets, check in and check out was quick. I will return again because I get such good service at this location.
Sandra FI was charged an extra 30 dollars for the safe coverage. I did not agree to that.
