Because I indicated pick up to be 11:00, Rob accommodated me with a 10 ft truck even though my truck was not due to arrive within 55 mins. This is service. Thank you Rob.
CORINNE WRob will cancel the reservation a hour before store closing time. Recommend to call to adjust scheduled pick up time.
Ankim NRob saved the day for us. UHAUL App sucks. We originally reserved for Rob’s location and reservation was transferred to another location 10 miles away. Rob was helpful to give us what was returned that morning, his last truck. UHAUL, HAS TO INFORM CUSTOMERS OF CHANGES IN ADVANCE, not when we are picking up.😠
