This a semi-cleared area off a one lane dirt path in a rural area. Very little room to park or turn around. No place to drop off keys. No people or structures around. But on a move in day at the university in the local town, numerous trucks and trailers were being brought here to drop off.

To add to my horrible experience with the pickup, I drove 10 miles away from the city to a gravel and mud road where I saw signs to turn in. I saw nothing around me but a cleared (no trees) site for a couple of acres, no dropbox, no one around, and no building. So I have to call, and they call someone to come to us. "Just leave the key in the truck," I was told. They're so secure (not really) on the pickup, but for the drop-off, I can just leave the key in the truck. I decided to continue down the gravel road to what looks like an uninhabitable shack, but there is a lady (a very unfriendly lady) who I get out to hand the key to. I was like we were disturbing her. I certainly wouldn't feel safe doing this at night. But, we are free of this fiasco, and I drive out leaving my truck in the same mud pit as the other truck and two trailers. I''m just really surprised that Uhaul, who is supposed to be the best at this and who has been doing it the longest, would allow someone to have the experience that I did. Like I said about the pickup. Never again.....
Troy BThis is not a place of business. Only a gravel road to nowhere and an open field of weeds to drop the U-Haul. No one answered the phone and the voicemail box was full.
Brian GThe grass was so long in the field we picked it up from i was completely covered in insect bites.
Amanda PNobody there. Just an open area with grass over grown. No building. It was a ways from town. Kinda of middle of nowhere. Not convenient.
