Please clean the truck and make sure that there are not ants in it. I was fighting with ants for both days while I had the truck. It costed me extra money and unwarranted aggravation. I had to buy ant spray, spray the doors and the back of the truck. I was delayed in loading the truck because of the ants on the back of the truck and still ants kept popping up. It was NOT a good experience at all. The truck did not appear to have been washed or cleaned out in quite some time. Thumbs down!
LINNESIA LI was informed about the self-checkout. The location was empty and the door was locked. When I called the location someone picked up the phone and told me It was hot she had to leave,do self checkout,call the uhaul number. I return to this location,ever.
RALPH LThere were no moving blankets available. Please work to ensure the booking system does not allow a customer to reserve moving blankets if the location does not have any.
