The u haul online app sucks but the local connection if u can book directly saves lots of grief. I reserved a uhaul in college place Wa and the uhaul online wanted to redirect me to Tricities when there was a local truck available only 10 minutes away!

I've rented from quite a few locations throughout Washington state. So far this has been the most convenient rental location I've visited. This time around I had a busy day to work with and was concerned about the rental process taking a while just as my other experiences.
