I am very disappointed with my return of the truck. I turned it in a day early, swept and clean of all debris. I was charged a cleaning fee probably because I turned the key in after hours and did interact with any employee face to face. I've used U-haul before and ALWAYS had a wonderful experience... this location felt a bit shady.

The service was good. I had a stressful overall experience due to the loss of the key... My fault! But was not treated very well when returning due to pressure from the next reservation. I can't say it's the u haul person... But the presure and attitude from the next reservation was putting stress on the the u haul person and I was given attitude for it. Things happen and it was out of my control and the extra stress sucked!

The only problem we had was with the truck - driver's side side-view mirror was loose? Wouldn't stay adjusted.

First, the truck wasn't there when we arrived at 2. Then, after waiting an additional 30 minutes, we were given a truck we didn't order, or need (WAY too big). When we picked up the truck we were told we needed to return it at 1:00 the next day, which meant we got 1.5 hours less than the 24 hours we rented it for. This caused a massive rush in the morning and we ended up having to store about 20% of our items because we didn't have time. Due to this, we ended up adding unnecessary mileage that we were charged for, in addition to having to pay the higher gas cost for the bigger truck. At the end of the day, we were charged over $75 for a gas guzzling truck that was bigger than we needed and for less than the 24 hours we rented it for. They advertise $29.99 for 24 hours. We paid $75+ for 10.5 hours, very deceptive pricing. Next time we will use another company with better rates and much better and honest service.

I was charged for fuel even though I returned it with more fuel than I received the vehicle. The gas was 5/8 full upon rental and I returned it 7/8 full and was charged for a full tank. Also, I was charged for a wrongful return...agent said I should have returned to Spokane even though the paperwork said Milton Freewater and was charged over $300. I contacted the regional office and they said it would take up to five workdays. I will tell everyone I know what poor service I've received.

I am VERY unhappy with uhaul. I reserved a truck almost 10 days before my move. I called twice to verify my reservation and was told there was no problem. Then, on Thursday, 6/29 I received a call from the Spokane location indicating I now had to pick up the uhaul in Milton Freewater which is about 20 miles from the location of the reservation. Then, uhaul tried to charge me extra miles because of this. The folks in the drop of in Richland corrected this. VERY unacceptable change in pick up. Cost me extra time to go to another location.

The drive side window came off its track and needed to be fixed, it was addressed well by the staff. This is fine, stuff happens. But now we are being asked to pay a "License Recovery Fee" and "Cleaning fee". We were inconvenienced a by the truck window and asked for nothing. Do you really want to change me for a cleaning fee?
