pick up and drop off was easy no hassle or delays, still wish i had the option of my local uhual location but this was fairly close and the staff there made the drive worth it

Emmanuel AWhen we came to drop off the trailer, uhaul rel did not want to accept the trailer, because “they do not have enough space” but I could definitely find couple spots on the parking lot. Rep wanted to send us to another location which actually was not in a list for designated drop off locations. Finally they found a space for a trailer near the garbage bins. If you guys do not have space, you can figure out this with uHaul, but not sending customers to different not operating location at 10pm.
YULIIA KEither don't hitch trailers or instruct your staff to do it properly, and make sure your sites are able to provide the services they're supposed to provide.
