The building was clean and welcoming. Representative tried to be helpful but did not seem to have much experience. Unsure of where to put trailer.

There was a screw up in Stratford but there was an awesome lady sorry can't remember her name she was scheduling got us a great deal with a truck out of Millerton, went above and beyond

Jack N.U Haul did everything they could do to make my experience as crappy as possible. I was stuck and had to use them unfortunately, and they know this. There really isn't any competition against them. The only positives I have for them, is the pick up location workers were great,and only 1 off the many reps I spoke to on the phone was helpful. The 20' van that I had to drive 1900 kms was a huge pile of steaming shit! Air conditioner didn't work, engine light on, stumbling idle at every stop, huge exaust manifold leak,cracked front windshield. 🤣 Felt like I was renting in a 3rd world country. There's a lot more,don't have the energy to write more disasters.
