Parking lot is pretty rough. Lady at the counter was pleasant to deal with. I'm not a fan of the clips on the safety cable -- almost needed channel locks to open them long enough to clip them. Also had to clip one cable to the other because they weren't long enough -- not ideal.

AYODEJI EI am so disappointed with the customer service that we received from your place of business and the store in Listowel when renting a truck first of all the store in Listowel wasn't even open at time of reservation had to call Milverton extra travel for my granddaughter had to go to get a truck she had not so pleasant service. We will never do business at either one of these establishments again and will let people know. Thanks

Makenzie Hpick up and drop off was easy no hassle or delays, still wish i had the option of my local uhual location but this was fairly close and the staff there made the drive worth it
