Coporate overcharged me an additional $153 for a $54 rental. They emailed me a response saying they'll refund my money, but over a month later still no refund.

Limited supplies. Store owner was aware, so I blame this on corporate for lacking processes. Owner was friendly and helpful. Just not a full service store, which is why I gave less stars.

AL WUse people who are honest. The guy who did my U-Haul said it was full on gas they tried to charge me a fee on gas and another fee for putting gas. Then we spoke he said he would have grace and charged me another day even though I just needed a few more hours to drop off the U-Haul.
CARIMAR GGood customer service. Much better experience than either of the two U-Haul locations I usually rent from over the last 25 years.
