Not much, the customer service is excellant!

My only complaint is that I feel I was scammed into putting more fuel in the uhaul before returning it. Going by the recommended fuel amount listed on my rental agreement, it stated that I needed to put 4 gallons of fuel into the vehicle to return it to its original fuel level. After fueling, it placed the needle almost a full 1/4 above the amount I needed. Very misleading and I’m almost thinking about contacting the BBB OR the Attorney General about this. What I don’t get is why are the vehicles not completely full when first renting to begin with. It would save customers time if all they had to do was fill it back up at a gas station before returning. Takes the guess work out of it.

The guys help was good, got us in and out but the rental charges were much more than expected. He didn't explain well why they were that high. I don't think its appropriate to charge based on U-Hauls recommendation. I got the trailer from Milwaukie, OR around 10 a.m and was able to drop it off about 5 p.m that evening in Redmond, OR. I wasn't able to get refunded for using the trailer for just that amount of 7 hours while I had it. Not so great charge rates.

windshield wipers worked well but were noisy/squeaky when in use.

Did not schedule here. Had to drive here to pick up with no warning.

Sent me across town with no warning to pick up truck and auto transport.

There was only one person working and a few people in line, the one guy working was busy cleaning out a truck while we all waited in line. He didn’t acknowledge us at all until he was done. I think this location could really use 2-3 people working the desk. Otherwise the online check in process was so easy!

I was very clear about the time window I required for the rental and was told no problem while making the reservation. When the truck was picked up we were told it needed to be back in less than 24 hours and outside of the time window I originally reserved. Very unprofessional to double book a truck and then try to make the customer adjust their plans/booking. This scheduling conflict should have been handled internally and never have been brought to the attention of the customer.

I received a call from the manager at 7am about my late return and that the truck needs to be back ASAP for an 8am reservation. The truck was returned over 12 hours prior! The keys were given to an employee and we were done. It took 30 minutes to get this cleared up and I was told the employee didn’t check it into the computer. Thanks for waking me up after a stressful night of moving and causing me to think someone stole the truck!

Called U-Haul in Milwaukie, Oregon (where we were scheduled to return the trailer). Asked them if it would be a big problem if we were to keep the trailer an extra day because it was a holiday and we might have a little trouble finding a storage facility. They said that they had the facility at the Milwaukie location and because we brought the trailer to a location that needed trailers, we were entitled to one months free rent. Wow!!!

Store is very convenient for me. My only complaint would be that sometimes have to wait awhile for counter service.

Recommend the self pickup / check in as only one person operating at this location. Supplies and everything you may need for moving is here!

The first guy tried to send me with a 20ft truck and tow dolly. My paperwork clearly showed auto transport. When he said, go inspect truck, I didn't see it because it was wrong trailer. He said, ops. Then swapped trailers. I went to inspect the truck. No one was around to assist me putting my car on the auto transport. As I was getting it ready, the Manager came out and assisted me. I pulled the car onto it and as the front wheels went up the ramp, the auto transport came off the hitch. The first guy didnt "lock" it down. Could have been disastorous and damaged my brand new 2017 toyota prius. Thankfully it didnt. I carefully backed off. The manager fixed the hitch lock and made sure it was on correctly. He then assisted me in getting the car onto the auto transport. And I drove away. Next issue. I moved to Meridian Idaho. I clicked on the online "save" money by returning the truck elsewhere. It showed 4 locations in Mountain Home. (approx 50 miles away). I figured, and hour drive and gas, it was worth it. I didn't look at the return location when I picked it up. My fault. When I did goto my new home in Meridian, then cleaned the truck to return it to "mountain home" area, it turned out the drop off location was Twin Falls (approx 140 miles away) 2.5 hour drive. So I drive the truck there with my car in tow. When I passed Mountain home, I had EXACTLY the amount of gas I would have needed to drop off the truck at the level I recieved it at. I made a note of this. When I finally arrived at Twin falls (after driving 10 hours from Portland to Meridian, then the addtional 2.5 hours to drop off the truck), I had to put more fuel into the truck. It cost me an additional $34 bucks in gas. (not counting the extra time it took to get there). I dropped off the truck and had to drive 2 hours back (shorter time because I could do the 80 miles an hour in my car). But had to spend the EXTRA time and GAS in my own car for the extra distance. Someone changed my drop off from Mountain Home to Twin Falls and I was VERY UPSET.

Excellent service, wait time, convenience, and equipment. It made a hard day much easier. Thank you!

I’ve rented trucks several times at this location and customer service is always great - really outstanding! Thanks so much for making moving less stressful!

The Salesman at the store I went to gave me shit because I didn't know the "Uhaul Lingo" at check out.. What is a 24/7 whatever? I don't know, DON"T MAKE PEOPLE FEEL STUPID! Then he made me get the insurance i didn't want, and made me pay way more than my one hour should have cost. I WILL NOT BE USING UHAUL EVER AGAIN!

They are wonderful, Always have my business....could be better Greg & Allison
