I had problems often being blocked from my unit by other customers cars. If there is signage to instruct people to park on the right next to the curb every one can get through.

My delivery driver was wonderful, Trevor was very helpful. However, there were a few people who were misinformed about what was going on. Communication between the AK site and PDX was not very clear

The staff is kinda lazy and snarky/rude. You people couldn’t prorate me and I had to pay another month when my stuff was only gonna be there for 4 days! It’s not that hard to prorate your just cheap!
