When I dropped the vehicle off, I asked an employee if anything else was needed to be done. She said no, and thanked me. A few hours later, I received a phone call that was asking where my rental van was, as they dont show it being returned. Multiple attempts to reach the store were unsuccessful, and finally I was routed to a call center, that told me that they dont show the vehicle returned, and that the recovery process had already begun. Despite returning the vehicle on time, I still had to take more time from my day to call another center just to tell you that I gave you your vehicle back. The recovery team said that they had been getting many calls of a similar nature that day, and she would need to confirm with the GM that the vehicle was indeed returned. After a few minutes on hold, she told me that everything I had said was TRUE, and the vehicle was onsite, and a repeated system failure prevented a check-in. She told me the emails would stop, at which point I told her that it was a phone call, from a real live person who contacted me. I asked if it was the policy to contact the customer prior to verifying with the GM first? She said it was the policy, but it could have been difficult to reach the GM, as she had to wait for a minute to get him on the line herself. She did a good job of trying to listen and apologize, and she told me that she would make a not so that no other messages would generate. About 15 minutes later, I received a check-in email from the location as I've been used to getting after returning (I've used your company for rentals for nearly 25 years). At this point, I thought we were done . . . About 7 hours later, I received another text message saying that I had yet to return my vehicle. And a few hours after that, I received another email, requesting me to return my vehicle, as I dont have a contract . . . Then I go the email to tell.you about my experience... I think we're pretty current, but I'll be sure to let you know where to find your vehicle should you ask me again.

Second time In a row I have been grossly overcharged due to improper billing! Pickup using a phone was a huge hassle as well. I would like to note that this issue is not specific to this location, but more the lack of corporate organization.

Your front counter staff is inadequate. Twice when I visited this location nobody was inside the customer area for a period of over 10 minutes. Also when I called the direct number and was transferred to your main number, I was on hold for over 10 minutes and hung up.

This store has the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. When I returned the equipment, they told me that I was over by several miles compared to what the trip odometer said as I had set that the minute I got in the truck. Also, after paying 339.72 for the truck for 3 days of rental, they also put through a hold of 136.00 dollars at the same time and it caused my wife to be overdrawn on her bank account. This is totally unacceptable as there was no mention that there would be a hold and that MOST companies, when a hold is placed on the card, it shows up the day that the hold is placed on the card and then that hold, for whatever amount, is then taken off of the bill. I am very upset by the attitude that I was given by the person that checked in the equipment and also by the explanation that I was given about the hold. I am going to report this to the Better Business Bureau as this is improper business practice. I would appreciate it if you trained your employees better about proper business practices.

It a very long time to complete my order, started at 3 pm and completed at 3:45. The computer said I still needed the truck back in 24 hrs at 3, this needs to be fixed.

The manager was very nice. My only complaint would be that this location is very understaffed. The manager seemed to be the only person there doing all of the work. It took almost 20 minutes just to get helped. He seemed like a great guy and was working very hard trying to do everything, but he's only one person when there should be at least a few more.
