The employees here went above and beyond to help me out with my return on my haul. I was going to be overcharged for miles that I was told over the phone I was getting granted for having to go over 40 miles to retrieve my uhaul the night of pickup. She worked diligently to help make sure I wasn't overcharged for these miles. I was very appreciative of her for doing this, the lady I contacted on the phone the day of return of the uhaul was not very friendly when we were trying to fix the issue that came from their personel either in the week.
