When I got to the pick-up location, they informed me that they got my reservation captured wrong in the system and did not have the truck I asked for. Apparently, this mistake was made in the system. When they checked other locations, there was not a truck available in the size I requested. Ultimately, after waiting around for 30-45 minutes, I ended up taking a much smaller truck than I needed and was told I would get a $50 credit for the inconvenience. I made the smaller truck work, but it took me two trips to do it. Overall, a pretty miserable experience at UHaul yesterday.

Tim CThe service was excellent! I was able to get a vehicle right away and the service person was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I found some very minor damage to an outlet at the rear of the truck for a hitch, but was informed by service person that the issue was addressed and was in the process of being taking care of. I rented my vehicle at Stowaway Storage in Mine Hill, NJ. The location is conveniently close to where I live and I've never had any issue with them. Very accommodating.
