Nothing at all, everything was perfect….
EDWARD V.I originally had my reservation set for a location in Budd Lake. When I arrived, there was no one there, so no way for me to get the truck I reserved. I tried calling their phone number with no response. I did speak with Kayla with customer service at Uhaul who was very helpful, but it took 30 minutes for me to get my reservation relocated to Mine Hill. It was very inconvenient and a poor experience.

He was forthright and honest. The quote that he provided me was the price that I paid. The location didn't have a large selection, but it suited my needs.
