They used their lock and forgot to take it off when we rented the van. We called and somebody had to cut the lock.

Clarence PLeft with light on right side not working and was not told the guy that hooked up the trailer had no customer service stills and barely said a word The trailer leaked that night after being loaded and it rained The trailer is made with no winch and the trailer came loose on the road two days of the three days we had it Would only ever use a U-Haul trailer in an emergency I just had a double lung transplant so had to get help both times trailer broke loose after driving it for an hour
