Might want to let the customer know prior to pick-up about missing items requested/paid for such as missing dolly and missing blankets so they can prepare in advance.
Robert Y.I have been a U-Haul customer for years. U-Haul seems to be suffering the same issues that all service organizations are facing today. Lack of talent that has a commitment to service and professionalism. The truck we picked up had a very rough 115K miles on it. The windshield was full of bugs, they were unable to supply me with any moving pads (I had ordered 24) and there was a general malaise and apathy in the service delivery. At the end of the day, we got a truck, and it made it to our destination.
