The main issue we had was that this location doesn't offer the mobile pickup, but when we rented we rented it as a mobile pickup because we wanted to get an early start. Thankfully we called before arriving and they were able to call the office to have someone meet us there to pick up the truck. It took a while because the very nice gentleman had to reenter all of the rental information even though I had done it all for the mobile pickup. I think it would be helpful to remove the mobile pickup and drop off option for that location.
