The pickup location was not clean and the rental was somewhat problematic. The Driver-side door was very difficult to get closed. It required slamming the door to disable the door open light. When the vehicle was put into reverse it sound like you were stepping on a mouse. There was no USB connection. The staff were very helpful however and created a more amenable return location.
