The staff was very unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. I was disgusted by the way they treated customers.

From start to finish the rental was top notch. The representatives were all very friendly and professional. I most certainly will be renting from there again.
MICHAEL JI rented a storage unit and rented a u haul twice this week and both people who helped me were absolutely great. They smiled, were super helpful and made my stressful moving process much easier. I was actually going to rent a storage unit elsewhere until I came there for the U-Haul and decided to rent there instead .
