I rented a storage unit and rented a u haul twice this week and both people who helped me were absolutely great. They smiled, were super helpful and made my stressful moving process much easier. I was actually going to rent a storage unit elsewhere until I came there for the U-Haul and decided to rent there instead .

BRIAN RThe staff at this location is extremely lazy and rude! The boy at the counter refused to walk outside to close out my reservation. I was told i would receive an email in an hour whenever someone goes outside to close. It never happened! Spoke to a so called manager who claims she would make sure it got closed first thing the next day. It never happened! I called the manager 24 hours later she never answered my call but miraculously 2 minutes later I received the email.
