Truck was dirty, door doesn’t close properly. Guy at the front desk doesn’t care. Truck was completely empty of gas. Didn’t want to reimburse the difference and now I have the call back U-Haul to get money back. Reservation wasn’t at my preferred location. I want compensation
Francois LLiterally has 51 miles to empty ….. I have it back at 41 is miles to empty and they charged me for gas ⛽️ double the price
KAVIN SU-Haul booking system was broken so it took 45 minutes to get the truck. Not the location’s fault and they did the best hey could given the circumstances. Totally U-Haul’s fault.
