Way too many texts/emails to the point of if I would use UHaul again. Utterly ridiculous as in some cases both a text and email was sent for the same thing? It had to be at least 10 in total and probably more.

Sherlock CThe safety chain to attach to the chain , the locking part ( simply cheap rubber part) was broken , and location had no Xtra . We had to take it as such , we paid insurance but not for U-Haul lack of maintenance reasons. Displeased with this and had no other choices , or at least offered no other choices .
Michel DMake sure truck is clean and doesn’t smell. Also make sure billing is correct as was charged for appliance dolly and received just a regular dolly.
