I checked Gas level when I took over the truck. I was significantly low. I reported to the guy at Auto Garage who was dealing with me. He replied that we don't have to do anything. You can fill up to the same level when you return. He told it run around 6km/litre so I filled up $20 gas to be on the safe side. But I was charged $16 as CDW charges which I asked through email but no one replied. Second thing. A lady called me next day saying that I haven't return the truck within 24 hours and I will be charged for the next day. It was quiet embarrassing. I told I returned around 11pm within 10 hours even I was Allowed for 24 hour. I asked if she checked with the location. She replied she will. So, she just gave me a disturbing call without even checking the status. I was a bullshit. I would like to explore other options, if needed in future

there were things (cans of paint) left over inside the truck but the owner came over to clear those away immediately when I notified the staff.

We had to take it as such , we paid insurance but not for U-Haul lack of maintenance reasons. Displeased with this and had no other choices , or at least offered no other choices .

LUIS MWe never asked for this location. We choose to hv location close to our home. Unfortunately, uhaul did not have equipment, hence the call and informed about the new location last minute. This only didn't change our time to pickup and drop also the milage went high. I had to pay more and we request for trolley and never got one. What we asked was trolly and dolly rhe flat one was provided. We never used it. The purpose of booking uhaul was for moving. Without the trolly it also made is difficult. My experiences with uhaul is really bad. I wish I never come back

BENJAMIN WTruck was 1/8 fuel when I got it. I returned it with 1/4 and the clerk still declared 1/8. Truck was also dirty and clearly not well maintained.

LAWRENCE VTruck was dirty, door doesn’t close properly. Guy at the front desk doesn’t care. Truck was completely empty of gas. Didn’t want to reimburse the difference and now I have the call back U-Haul to get money back. Reservation wasn’t at my preferred location. I want compensation

KAVIN SU-Haul booking system was broken so it took 45 minutes to get the truck. Not the location’s fault and they did the best hey could given the circumstances. Totally U-Haul’s fault.

Zongchuan JThe instruction to get the key does not match the actual location of the key box. The kye box was said attached at the back of the car, bit it was on the wall. Took time to find it.
Rogenard BI recently booked a U-Haul at this location, and the person in charge made the whole process feel very uncomfortable and suspicious. After giving my booking details, they tried to charge me extra money that wasn’t mentioned in the reservation. When I asked for clarification, they couldn’t give a proper explanation and instead asked for cash payment instead of processing it through U-Haul’s official system. On top of that, the person started asking personal questions that were completely unrelated to the rental things like where I live, what country I’m from, and even what kind of job I do. It felt invasive and inappropriate. I’ve rented from U-Haul many times before and never had an experience like this. This location needs to be investigated for unprofessional and possibly fraudulent behavior. I strongly recommend booking at another U-Haul branch to avoid this kind of treatment.
AMANDEEP SThey had no idea what they were doing, its like they have never done this before and we were the first customer. They barely spoke english, definitely didnt understand it. I asked for no insurance and they charged me anyways. It took 45 minutes for something that shouldve taken maybe 10 minutes. Dropping the trailer off the next day was rediculous as well. The whole lot was filled with people and cars double parked, having some sort of cultural party. I couldnt even park the trailer there. Had to park it at some other building across the road. Worst uhaul experience ive ever had.
CHASE WThe attendant at the location did almost nothing. I had to do everything myself, via the 24/7 app, and it was not functioning properly.
LINAS ZI rented U-Haul equipment for the first time. These folks went far and beyond by providing me 15" truck instead of 10' I initially rented and extended the time to 12 hrs instead of 4 and, charged me for the rental cost of 10' foot truck. Furthermore, they were excellent on the phone each time I spoke. I will definitely do business with you again when I need to. Thank you for everything U-Haul team.
