The u-haul app was not working when I returned the vehicle after-hours, so I was unable to go through the return process. I called this location to let them know but they still charged me.

They gave me the wrong vehicle number, then I had to fight to be reimbursed for fuel I put into that incorrect one they gave me. I still haven’t been given back $50 of it. They admitted their mistake but won’t do anything about it.

SYED IMake sure the information is correct.How much gas and kilometers vehicle has. Before renting but the new system of taking pictures before and after is a good idea.
