I left one cardboard top in truck and was charged $25.00. Put enough gas in tank and they. Garage me 2 gallons short - not. I been using this location for years. Unacceptable . The place was closed when I dropped off truck but before I can get home I received the charges . Ummm!!
SHARON CI returned a 4-day rental after about 6 hours because we were unable to load a car onto the trailer. The trailer never even left Houston. I received no refund or credit at all. I think refunding at least two of the days would have been appropriate. George at Alco was very friendly and helpful.
ANDREW MI WAS CHARGED FEES THAT I DID NOT AGREE TO. I HAVE CALLED AND SENT AN EMAIL, NO ONE IS RESPONDING BACK. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
JACCI SThe process was awful. I wa quotes 86.00. When I got to U-Haul the size I reserved was not available. I moved to the next size. It was advertised at 29.95. I paid $189! For 6 hours! Deceptive practices!
