Actually read the rental agreements and the additional equipment that the customer requests, and then make sure that the equipment being rented is in the truck that we are going to check out, especially if it is being picked up after hours. We paid for items that were supposed to be in the truck upon arrival and they weren't there, and since it was after business hours, there was no way to get it corrected. There was a hole in the front driver side of the truck, anything inside would have gotten wet if it was raining.
