This is total self service. The staff for the used car lot was freindly. They made it clear, U Haul is self service they just house the equipment for U Haul. Tight qurters returning the 26 foot truck, had to thread a needle to return truck to its location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMaintenance needs to be performed on the truck, the location is pretty much self service but you won’t receive any help from employees at the location regarding U-haul rentals or equipment. The truck was parked in a grass area that looked like it had been there for some time judging by the grass and mud on the wheels.
harold cI was not helped at all, I had to call u-haul customer service to get helped. Dropped of the truck July 3 and was not checked in until the 7. And I had to call customer service AGAIN to get that done! I would NOT recommend this place to NO ONE.
Danny ANo one there knew how to rent a U-Haul. The person I spoke with had to call a lady who walked him through the process and then she was sending me stuff to sign on the phone. My opinion is that they should train everyone to rent the U-Haul’s if that person has to take care of customers renting the U-Haul. It took me over an hour to rent a truck! Ridiculous
KAMILA SI refill the uhaul with gas back to where I left it actually more gas than when I picked up the uhaul and was charged $19 and change for gas
