My problem was not with pick up or drop off it was the service itself. I hate that UHaul is the only option for rentals. It’s not easy to deal with people and they are very tube. The actually pick up person was extremely nice and respectful and drop off was easy. ITS THE PEOPLE THAT CALL TO SET THE RESERVATION THATS THE PROBLEM

I called days in advance to arrange for the rental of a 5x8 or 5x9 open trailer from this location. I was told that there were no trailers available for the date I was requesting and that the closet location was in Champlain NY. I then went to another location in Lawrence NY because I was told they had a trailer, when we got there the location had no internet access so could not fulfill our request When I arrived at the Champlain location the attendant told us that he had just been up to the Moira location the night before and they had multiple trailers available to rent.
