The truck I rented was one of the worst driving vehicles I have ever driven. There is something wrong with either the front end or the suspension. The truck bounced back and forth as the speed was over 55 miles per hour. THERE IS SOMTHING WRONG WITH THIS TRUCK!!! I recommend you have complete mechanical inspection of this truck as soon as possible.
MICHAEL MThere were a lot of problems that came up with this recent rental but their customer service was so amazing I am still giving them a good rating. My reservation got canceled last minute before I moved out of state. They quickly reserved another one for me very close to the original pickup location. Then my driver took my uhaul back and the app wouldn’t allow me to do the return. Called them again and it was just so easy. Always had really good experiences with uhaul. This time was a bit of a cluster, but it worked out well.
