MARION LVery nice people! I will say that the truck was somewhat dangerous every time I’d press the brake it continued to jerk the vehicle to the right very hard. That’s not good when you’re hauling stuff on the expressway.
ROBERT KStar spangled sales were helpful and courteous. The trailer from the original reservation i made at Uhaul 19600 s Harlem ave Frankfort il was not available, no trailer, the previous renter had not returned it on time. The staff at harlem was slightly interested in helping but star spangled sales cam through when i needed them .Disappointed in harlem office, but vert happy with star spangled sales, you can probably guess where i will go to any future uhaul need, star spangled sales. BTW what is the real benefit of making a reservation when there is no equipment available? and no notification from harlem office that the trailer was not there. Regards, Tim Kelly
