Trailer was ready to go, the staff came out and hooked it up for us, they were very helpful.
Peter AThe truck itself was clean, however, we didn't realize that after we packed the truck up completely, it rained hard that night and the next morning when we moved our daughters into the city of Chicago, the whole passenger side of the inside was wet from rain. Apparently, UHaul caulked the inside of the upper section, but did a terrible job because it leaked all over our bins, mattresses, suitcases, couches, etc. Luckily there was NOT significant damage, otherwise we would've made a claim, but it was the point that our stuff got wet inside!!! WTF!! We've rented a few trucks from the Mokena location and never had a problem until now. They need to maintain their vehicles a little better!!
EDWARD HI rent trucks regularly. Everybody that works there is always friendly and helpful. Trucks are always ready to go and clean.
