Return system on texting is terrible ,system wouldn't down load photos ,very upsetting .
Jim D.The location was locked during regular business hours. You are supposed to just leave your rental on the public street and not drive into the parking lot. However the sign stating do not enter the lot was obscured by already parked U-Haul vehicles so how can you know before you have made the mistake. Drop off time listed was incorrect. Owner was rude. Never again.
