My ex experience here was horrible. There are a lot of hidden fees that was not listed on the website or they won’t tell you until you’re getting ready to pay about the additional fees. I do not recommend and they do not offer unlimited mileage. I would recommend choosing a different company for moving.

The lady told me although it was due back at 8:45pn I could bring it back before 9am and would be fine and I was charged another full charge. Also one of the lights was out on the trailer
CARISSA Erenting loction showed this to be the closest location to drop off to save miles however, it was 15 min. ride we later found one directly accross street from where we unloaded.

Thomas RBe sure to have an exact turn in address or they will arbitrarily choose one that may not be convenient for you to drop off. I had to drive an additional 25 minutes away just to drop it off at the specific location they chose for me even though they said I could drop it off at the one closest to where I was.
