Returning the trailer via the App needs improvement
Jay DThere was a miscommunication on what was orally shared and what was in the Uhaul system, which didn't match the oral agreement/understanding.
Robert SGentleman who helped me get going was GREAT! Helpful as we tried to upload photos. A great help!!
William GWas not happy about having to pay an extra fee for dropping the trailer off after hours and ahead of scheduled return. No extra work was required. They would have to do the same work if they were open.
