They FUCK people out of $40 whether the equipment is returned in the correct condition or not. This specific location is scammers. I brought a truck back on FULL and got FUCKED outta $40 for NOT having fuel in it. Dont use this location. I never will again.

We rented a 26 foot truck 4 days before (this rental) at Kyles Postal & Printing Service for a 10:00 a.m. pickup. We were there at 9:00 when the sign on the door says it opens on Saturday. We waited until 10:30 a. m. and no one ever showed up to open the store. I called their phone 3 times and left messages and asked them to return my call but no one ever did! I won't recommend this business to anyone. In fact, if you're trying to move on the weekend Monroe is not a good place to rent a UHaul truck. If it hadn't been for the great service at Smokers Express we would have been highly pissed off and never rent a Uhaul again.

Emmanuel AIt was sort of a creepy location, & confysing to get to. The person inside who assisted me was very helpful, though, and answered my questions. It was also useful that there were gas pumps there so I could add fuel before returning the truck.
