Manager/owner came outside and offered to check me in. I had been sent to different dropout. No one from U-Haul called or texted I needed to drop off at different location. Called Uhaul and was told an hour wait to talk to representative. This is on Uhaul. Y’all need to spend millions on IT and better software. This problem has been going on for many many years! Just fix it please for your employees and customers.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey FUCK people out of $40 whether the equipment is returned in the correct condition or not. This specific location is scammers. I brought a truck back on FULL and got FUCKED outta $40 for NOT having fuel in it. Dont use this location. I never will again.
Albert BWe rented a 26 foot truck 4 days before (this rental) at Kyles Postal & Printing Service for a 10:00 a.m. pickup. We were there at 9:00 when the sign on the door says it opens on Saturday. We waited until 10:30 a. m. and no one ever showed up to open the store. I called their phone 3 times and left messages and asked them to return my call but no one ever did! I won't recommend this business to anyone. In fact, if you're trying to move on the weekend Monroe is not a good place to rent a UHaul truck. If it hadn't been for the great service at Smokers Express we would have been highly pissed off and never rent a Uhaul again.
