I did the afterhours Uhaul and had significant issues with the app. Picking up the U-Haul took nearly half an hour because the app would not upload the require photos and kept restarting the process. Dropping off the U-Haul took about 15-20 minutes because we were still having issues with the app. We had to use two phones because one phone could work for a step, but then we had to use the other phone for the next step because the original one stopped working. Both phones had service and worked for every other app.

The associate was great but U-Haul needs to stop false advertising and stop add all kinds of hidden fees
RAQUCAL CVery nice people helped me with the rental. The truck itself was not in the best condition. I wanted to use a nicer truck, but they said it was for one-way rentals only. That was disappointing. I had to struggle with a passenger-side door that you had to slam every time to get it to close all the way. It needed to be aligned because it was constantly pulling to the left when at highway speeds. The newer truck would have been a much better customer service option. I had to sweep out the dirt in the back before I could load household furniture. I know the available equipment is not up to the location, but when two trucks of the same size are available, it is wrong to only let the oldest, junkiest truck be used for local rentals.
