I have rented from them for a few years now. I prefer this location. One time I picked the wrong location in the same city. I thought it was no big deal. It was. From that point on, I had to verify it was Old Hickory. They are the best in the Monroe, NC area hands down.

I had to drive to another location at 4AM The key lock box at the location was not visible or identified so I had to search around the property for it The vehicle blew a fuel pump fuse 1/2 way to our destination and I was 4hrs late due to these issues and was not able to complete the task I had driven for.
