JANE TI rented and dropped off several different Uhauls during my move. They were great help!
JANE TDropped off after hours so doesn't really apply. I am not a satisfied customer due to the fact that uhaul twice in one year have not had the truck I requested at the site I paid for. After they got my money they sent me to another location. This last time it was an hour in the opposite direction and the truck had no gas. They gave me 30 miles but no gas reimbursement and no credit for my time. Uhaul makes the people who work for them look bad by doing this. It will also screw up you whole move when you have people lined up. Won't use uhaul anymore if this happens. Second bad experience on them not the pick up and drop off staff.
