You need to include more instructions for contactless pick up beforehand, like in an email. My pick up location got moved to a place 45 minutes away from where I had scheduled it, and Google says it's closed on Saturdays. I had to call U haul, and they checked that the location did have contactless pick up. I shouldn't need to call someone in this scenario. Also, say you'll need your driver's license on hand, and you'll need to submit photos of the truck so you aren't walking back and forth constantly. For most people, needing to rent a truck is a one time thing, and it's frustrating constantly being told to download an app for this one time. We were standing in the middle of nowhere with poor cell service trying to go through the steps. I needed to put an emergency contact and two people who could verify my identity, which again, was difficult with bad cell service. Then the padlock for the truck key was stuck, so I couldn't open it despite having the correct password. There were so many little things that made this unnecessarily complicated and stressful.
