The vehicle was fine and everything went smooth. Maybe offering a couple different options of insurance. I drove a total of 45 miles while only having just the one option of insurance.Tim B.

They do a great job at this location. Only thing I would say the moving blankets should come with the rental of the truck not being charged extra for them. If they are not brought back then charge them. I friend rent from a different location rented his on a Monday and the blankets were given free of charge. Hmm don't set well with me. Last moving truck I used was Penske if it was closer might of went with them.richard T.

Unfortunately we experienced a tire failure on our return trip, which was ultimately fixed by u'haul, but our return was delayed, by almost 24 full hours, because of slow service. The majority of that service time was caused by the online reporting and service call requirement. Horrible to keep a family of 10 stuck by the side of the road for multiple hours... We want a phone call that puts us in touch with a real live person, u'haul! Thank you!|JARED M.

The Monroe, WI location was fine but we passed a tow dolly in both the Freeport, IL and Polo, IL U-haul locations but you made us drive 50 miles out of our way to Rochelle, IL to get the tow dolly.Quinlin P.
I had trouble using the UHaul after hours check-in with my mobile device, but that wasn't the location's fault. They were able to help me get it checked in the next business day.James T.

Two things that I can think that would make my next experience with you better. One, is that when I make a reservation for which u-Haul I want for that you have it and not get a last-minute text saying that I won't have it to move. Secondly not so much to help me out next time but to help future customers is you need to tell them that prior to returning the truck and putting the keys in the U-Haul box. That they have to watch the video which I was not told anybody that I had to watch it or watch it prior to putting the key in and it almost cost me additional money because I didn't watch it first. I put the key in the box when I dropped it off at a different location than the one I was told to. Secondly not so much to help me out next time but to help future customers is you need to tell them that prior to returning the truck and putting the keys in the U-Haul box that they watch the video which I was not told by anybody that I had to watch it or watch it prior. But other than that I do thank you for getting me at least a 10 foot and a 6 x 12 trailer I'm at ease some of my anxiety on a one-day move that I had to make.LeAnne D.

I was really pissed that the first time I went to rent, a 15' truck was $0.39/ mile, this time the same truck was $0.99/mile. To make it worse, I rented a 27' truck for $0.69/mile about a week ago. I feel robbed.James S.
Larger trucks need to be available. I was forced to make two trips because the next closest 26' truck was 40 miles away. I feel screwed by the mileage charge. This is no fault of the rental agent, there are NO large trucks in this part of southern Wisconsin.James S.

I communicated that the truck was dirty ON PICKUP and sent pictures per your instructions. When we dropped the truck off it was in the same condition. Because I honestly reported the dirt I WAS CHARGED $25 FOR CLEANING. That is very wrong!!! I will never rent from here using the automated system again.Patricia J.

I reserved a truck for FRi. 2-2-18 at Janesville. When I showed up there was no truck the previous truck renter did not return truck and I was not notified. This is the second time this has happened to me with uhaul. I was directed to after hours uhaul with phone procedures. This did work well with a very helpful person. I went to Monroe to get another truck. The drop off at uhaul New London went well.mark B.

Excellent customer service and quality product! Our dolly didn't work quite right but it was after hours when we noticed and it worked well enough to do what we needed it to. The truck was clean and well maintained and we had no issues with rental or return. Pick up was easy and fast. We returned the truck after hours and the service was quick and easy to use. Very pleased and would recommend and use again!kim H.

I used the online self check-in which was convenient since I could only pick up the truck after hours. However, I spent almost an hour at the pickup location trying to use the online self check-in. After being on hold for over 10 minutes, I hung up. Then called back and was abruptly put on hold again before I could say anything. The third time I called, I was finally able to talk to some. Since the self check-in service wasn't working on my browser after multiple attempts due to an error in finding my location, I was instructed to download the App. Once into the App, I was then able to get through the self check-in. I was very frustrated by what turned out to be a pretty big inconvenience which put me an hour behind with moving. I would suggest informing people to download the app if they are doing the self check-in. The ramp on the back of the truck was also dirty as it was full of dirt. Other than that, the rest of the move went smooth.aryn W.
