Great first time UHaul rental experience! Simple, easy, and convenient!! The app did give me an error message so I wasn't able to preload my documents prior to picking the truck up but having to manually do with the rental facility was no problem at all. We were in and out in all of five minutes, if that. THANK YOU!

Lucas BThis was a last minute change and an hour of time out of my way from where I initially scheduled the trailer pickup well in advance. I don't think the Monroe location had anything to do with it, but U-haul should not allow someone to show up and bump someone else out of their rental.
