Make sure plenty trailers are available, my original rental was 5’x8’, somehow you guys didn’t have one available and somebody attempted to reach out once, then I was schedule for a 6’x12’ I had to borrow a bigger truck from a relative. What happen to the $50 dls reservation guarantee? Customer service just offer to cancel or try to make me drive 45 mins away from my location. Thank you

SAM SThis was not the original drop off location. Upon arriving at the original location, I was told they are no longer doing U-Haul. We looked up the Monroe location on our cell phone to find where we could actually drop off the trailer.
