Poor service. We arrived in a uber to pickup tthe truck in 20 degrees just for the woman locked the key in the lockbox, that we can't get in without a key!!! Before arriving, she told us she was leaving and where to get the keys. However, the lockbox was locked and we had no way of calling the woman. We had to stand outside In 20 degrees, winds blowing strong at a desolate area in front of an worn down garage in high winds. YES, my daughter and I were FREEZING!!! There were No houses or buisness around, the Uhaul app had a glitch in the system. The uhaul customer service guy couldn't do anything considering the woman locked the up keys. Some stranger drove thru about 20 minutes later, saw us cuddling on the side of the truck and said he knew the woman and he called her to come back to give us the key. She told him she will be there in TWENTY MINUTES!!! 😫 The man was kind enough to let us sit in his very warm car until she came back. This woman was Very unprofessional, had an attitude about coming back!!! NOT OUR FAULT, DO BETTER!

APRIL RThe AC fan kept going out. Staff tried to convince me that I did not refuel the truck when you could clearly see that I did after driving for 30 plus miles. I will happily stick to the Prattville location from here on out.
Jaquita WTo have a better drop off for trailers to be sure that they don’t get taken after drop off. Like a the receiving hitch to hook to with a lock to secure the trailer. Or just a cable given to customer to cable it to the fence. Just suggestions. Thank you!!!!
