There was a noticeable lack of professionalism throughout the process, which was disappointing. Additionally, the location itself was not suitable nor easy to access, as traffic in the area was heavy and near a traffic light, so the issues I experienced were related to cleanness, appearances, and accessibility. Also, it appeared the truck has not been serviced in a while due to the shacking while traveling. Should I choose to rent again in the future, I will kindly cancel any reservation that requires pickup from this location and select another rental service that can provide a more professional and reliable experience.
