The truck I used looked great and was clean. I'm pretty sure the exhaust is about to fall off of it though. The truck sounded absolutely terrible the entire drive. Other than that, the only other thing was that the gas was marked higher on the paper I signed than what the truck actually had in it. The location itself is very odd. The doors aren't marked well so it's tough to tell where U-Haul actually is. Then there's a hallway full of doors and I don't remember any signs for U-Haul on those. And the actual room U-Haul is in there has 3-4 massive decks cramped into it and only 1 person working. It was odd. The whole thing was odd.

CINDY AHorrible customer service. will never use this location. The location of the original reservation, the associate was very nice, and was apologetic of not having the reservation we originally booked. Had to be sent to another location, and waited almost 2 hours until my husband saw one employee cleaning trucks out. she never once said that she would help us, or offer to come in the office. Finally my husband walked over and she had the audacity to give her a few minutes until she finishes cleaning the trucks out. not one, but several!!!!!!!!!! no apologies for wasting time we could have spend actually MOVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER RECEIVED THE ORIGINAL $50 GUARANTEED IF RESERVATION WAS NOT HONORED. THEN A FLAT RATE FOR A 60 MILE MOVE! UNREAL! NEVER AGAIN. WILL HIRE PROFESSIONAL MOVERS FOR MY NEXT MOVE.

Mileydi FI had to check out myself at this location for my return. I have used UHaul for all of my many moves over 30 plus years. This was my least favorite of. It was hot and I didn't like all of the pictures I had to take in order to complete the rental. This parking lot was not very inviting or safe looking. I didnrnlike how I had to climb up in this 26ft truck at my age. I wish there would have been an actual oerain there to check me in. I had a bad knee and this did hurt me.
