I had to check out myself at this location for my return. I have used UHaul for all of my many moves over 30 plus years. This was my least favorite of. It was hot and I didn't like all of the pictures I had to take in order to complete the rental. This parking lot was not very inviting or safe looking. I didnrnlike how I had to climb up in this 26ft truck at my age. I wish there would have been an actual oerain there to check me in. I had a bad knee and this did hurt me.

Have clear instruction, staff available and fix app it has a lot of bugs.
Devin SDon't have some kind of crappy 2 person phone call in the middle of the work day to verify identity after making the reservation. That could have been done when the reservation was initally made. Also, the tech couldn't dial the correct number for half an hour.
Jay SI waited by the door and in my car for 20 mins before anyone arrived for my reservation at 9:30am. The vehicle was not exactly clean, but it didn't have trash in it.
Michael LThe vehicle drove very well and the ride was comfortable. Did not use the sound system but AC was excellent. The gas mileage was very good for the size and we weight of vehicle.
