Horrible customer service. will never use this location. The location of the original reservation, the associate was very nice, and was apologetic of not having the reservation we originally booked. Had to be sent to another location, and waited almost 2 hours until my husband saw one employee cleaning trucks out. she never once said that she would help us, or offer to come in the office. Finally my husband walked over and she had the audacity to give her a few minutes until she finishes cleaning the trucks out. not one, but several!!!!!!!!!! no apologies for wasting time we could have spend actually MOVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER RECEIVED THE ORIGINAL $50 GUARANTEED IF RESERVATION WAS NOT HONORED. THEN A FLAT RATE FOR A 60 MILE MOVE! UNREAL! NEVER AGAIN. WILL HIRE PROFESSIONAL MOVERS FOR MY NEXT MOVE.

Mileydi FI had to check out myself at this location for my return. I have used UHaul for all of my many moves over 30 plus years. This was my least favorite of. It was hot and I didn't like all of the pictures I had to take in order to complete the rental. This parking lot was not very inviting or safe looking. I didnrnlike how I had to climb up in this 26ft truck at my age. I wish there would have been an actual oerain there to check me in. I had a bad knee and this did hurt me.

Devin SDon't have some kind of crappy 2 person phone call in the middle of the work day to verify identity after making the reservation. That could have been done when the reservation was initally made. Also, the tech couldn't dial the correct number for half an hour.
