I waited by the door and in my car for 20 mins before anyone arrived for my reservation at 9:30am. The vehicle was not exactly clean, but it didn't have trash in it.

The vehicle drove very well and the ride was comfortable. Did not use the sound system but AC was excellent. The gas mileage was very good for the size and we weight of vehicle.

ANNA HThe location was closed on Sunday so the above questions don’t apply. I did not like that there was no way to secure the appliance dolly as the truck had no lock on the rear door. I had to lug the dolly into the cab of the truck which was difficult as it is so heavy.
TAWANA MThere was a noticeable lack of professionalism throughout the process, which was disappointing. Additionally, the location itself was not suitable nor easy to access, as traffic in the area was heavy and near a traffic light, so the issues I experienced were related to cleanness, appearances, and accessibility. Also, it appeared the truck has not been serviced in a while due to the shacking while traveling. Should I choose to rent again in the future, I will kindly cancel any reservation that requires pickup from this location and select another rental service that can provide a more professional and reliable experience.
