Don't have some kind of crappy 2 person phone call in the middle of the work day to verify identity after making the reservation. That could have been done when the reservation was initally made. Also, the tech couldn't dial the correct number for half an hour.

I waited by the door and in my car for 20 mins before anyone arrived for my reservation at 9:30am. The vehicle was not exactly clean, but it didn't have trash in it.

ANNA HThe location was closed on Sunday so the above questions don’t apply. I did not like that there was no way to secure the appliance dolly as the truck had no lock on the rear door. I had to lug the dolly into the cab of the truck which was difficult as it is so heavy.
