The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. The gentleman working there was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills. Unfortunately, his wife was just as unprofessional. I had a reservation scheduled for 4:00 p.m. and arrived at 3:55 p.m. After checking in, I called to get the keys to the vehicle. Instead of assisting me, I was given the runaround for nearly 30 minutes. I was repeatedly told that I would not be receiving the keys and would have to come back the next day. I explained that my reservation was for that day, not the following day, and that I either needed the keys to the vehicle or a full refund. This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this location based on the poor customer service and lack of professionalism I experienced.
