Alan TTime is a factor when you are moving. The “drop off time” shouldn’t be given to a “one way move customer” until all the paperwork is signed and ready to go. Even just a few minutes add up when you only have 24 hours to load, drive, unload, and make it to the drop off location in time. Just a thought. Employee was very sweet.
