Agent was awesome. Very friendly and explained the process quite well. The 26 foot truck was ready, clean and ran great for about 1,100 miles.
JOSEPH SBecause back tires were considerably worn, we felt obligated to buy insurance when we normally would not have. That was an additional $13. We were not happy, but did not want to be responsible for a flat tire or blow out or even a tire related roll-over.
