Easy pickup and drop-off instructions
Kelly KI did not like how the truck had a set of blankets tied up, as well as a set of hand trucks in there, with a pay to snip zip tie. If I had wanted blankets and a set of hand trucks, I’d had ordered that in my original order. They were basically in the way and took up space that I could have used. That is the only issue I have with the experience. Other than that, extremely easy usage on the app, as well as the vendor who I picked the truck up from. 4 stars
