Leslie T.I hate to give an average rating because I'm unsure if this is the locations fault. Chose this location, got there Sunday and the App's 24/7 mobile whatever it is wouldn't work. Couldn't get the lock box combo to get the key. After speaking with UHaul they sent us to another location 30 minutes away because they had the truck we needed (15 foot). We get there only to find out they have a 10 foot and a 26 foot. Not what we were told.

Roque R.U-HAUL asked me to deliver/return my truck to a lot 40 mins away from my destination-there were several closer I guess this location needed that size. Return lot was in a sketchy location and was not manned. Lot had overgrown grass and some junk cars in it as well. To top it all off, I was even charged an additional $100 due to time it took to drop off vehicle. So, I basically helped U-Haul out and had to pay for it. Called to complain twice was told I would hear back and never heard back from a representative. I felt taken advantage of. SHAME ON U-HAUL. My first move I used Penske with no issue. Looks like they were a better deal.
