The drivers side brake light and turn signal did not work. The guys worked with it an hour but couldn’t get them fixed. They said that’s all they were allowed to touch that U-Haul would have to do any further repairs. It caused me to be an hour late to where I needed to be and I had people that I was paying to help me waiting on me. This was the only trailer on the lot with a ramp and I had to have a ramp so I risked getting a ticket due to improper lighting.

The attendant added coverage to my order without asking me- I had specifically marked no coverage when booking the rental.
KEVIN SI was surprised that I was required to pay an additional $20, I guess for dropping it off when the center was closed, even though it had to be dropped off on Sunday and that facility is closed on Sunday.
