I was advised to make a Reservation for a 15ft Truck and at 5:30pm, because this location Closes at 6pm, however, if I got there early, it would be ok. I did just this. At 3:11pm, I received a phone call, advising me the 15ft was Not available, I needed to upgrade, Then, at 3:51, I receive a text, letting me know that they would not be at the location by the time I got (5:30 was the reservation time and i was Already on my way), and that I needed to download the app to continue the process. I called to advise I was driving and could not at the time. She told me it would be ok and that they'd be there. There was Nobody at the locatiom when we arrived. So, they had to circle back and Comet back.
