U was told I was charged one amount and was charged a higher amount and no one the location or the uhaul main number could tell me why however when it was returned suddenly I was then also charged the correct amount and then had to wait for the original amount to return that is deceptive business practices and I will be filing a bbb complaint

Beth HWas unable to pull ramp out to use it as there is something hanging down that is preventing ramp from being pulled out. Also I declined the insurance but to the locations defense the U Haul software was down for the iPad so they had to try to use the online system on the computer which apparently they had never used previously.
Matthew HThese guys are top notch. I’ve rented from UHaul many times over the years across several states and I’ve never thought much of doing surveys but these guys earn it.
