Inform the customer of the 24 hour policy for drop off. Especially when reservations were made to pick up before the store closed at noon and drop off at 4pm and was only charged 1 day fee online.
Alissa TSome of the older uhaul trailers leak pretty badly around the door if it's raining snd some don't. I had some items get damaged this weekend over the rain. But aren't worth enough to make a claim but would rather the uhaul not leak nor mess up my inventory.
